I dunno how I feel about Reclaim, the self bleed for an allied regen I'm actually not sure it was touched.Īfter that, we just have the basic abilites and a few changes. Suffer works really well with Endure, even if I feel that the first two levels of Endure shouldn't be touched. Balance I agree with fully, no arguments. It made sense to drop a rank on Punish and then boost Rain of Sorrows a bit, seeing as how with rank 3 reach you really never used RoS otherwise, and RoS was so damned weak as it stood. I actually consider Finale to be more useful, especially now that every other Jester abilty buffs it up. Being pretty accurate at base 95, works, and I think they adjusted the base damge up (because the Flagellant is all about the base damage, right) but overall, these are abilties that were damn near taken out of the game. That's the kind of balance adjustment that makes it a once per battle usage, that should only be used in the "Oh Eff Me!" moments to save your butt. 25% less healing received and done and a 3 point speed penalty for every use, in addition to being limited to 3 uses every battle and only being usable when you are below 40% health. Abilities that weren't just nerfed, they might as well have been taken out of the game. Is it just me or is this a pointless level of nerfing to the Flagellants combat ability utiility, especially as most of the debuffs that are attached severly weaken the benefits of using those abilities in the first place?Įxsanguinate and Redeem are the two I'm really talking about here. Firstly, abitilies that now have a combination of limited usage per battle, exhaust debuffs attached that reduce their own effectiveness, and can only be used under a specific circumstance.
